you need to add a sim to the account never use a online servise for the phone number . always use a sim . there some paypal providers on this forum if you pm them you might get a responce and they might help you see how they fill as it not there created paypal account but i am sure your get correct advise .

Short Version-Saw item advertised on Facebook. Ordered. Paid via PayPal. Item was shipped from China. Item received was nothing like the advertisement. PayPal won't refund unless I send back to the seller but shipping to China will be more than I paid for the item.
